Refund policy

Snack Contraband is in pre-launch and no purchases are currently possible, so no payments or refunds apply yet. This policy will take effect once orders go live.

Once we launch

Because our products are perishable food items, we can only accept returns or issue refunds for orders that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. To raise a claim, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
